Customers service doesn't help much (i think not at all) and asking for high ratings by the end of the call without even solving the issue. They changed my postpaid plan without me knowing. and later i asked to return my plan which i did request many times. But they can't due to the plan im using for years(6) is only limited offer. but instead they offered me with the same fees but rubbish benefits. The worst part is that when you call they'll tell you to visit their shop and vice versa.

Du service in terms of their setup is extremely bad or rather worse. My home Internet was not working, that's one problem but reaching out to them via call center 800155 is all together a biggest hurdle, most of the time, it never works and sometimes even if connected remains mute upto 7 mins. Du app seems to be less friendly, while troubleshooting, it just said bad gateway.

Extremely disappointed with DU's service. Signed up for a 300 Flexi plan with a promised 20% discount on my 10mbps internet speed, but when the bill arrived, no discount was applied, and I ended up paying 396 AED instead of the agreed-upon amount. Visited the store seeking resolution, but received nothing more than vague promises to "complain and try." Unacceptable....!!
